This is a Panwapa card, depicting a 'Panwapa kid' from Canada who is into tacos, cats, scooters, playing doumbek, cooking and traditional Mexican masks.
While this is a fair use screenshot to illustrate a 'Panwapa kid', and is taken from their website, the character depicted was generated on feedback from a user interface, and the character depicted is not copyrighted.
Aside from the purple skin, this character resembles the real life User:Thespian, and not a genuine child.
