I was under the impression that the LifeDrive is still in production? Yet wiki lists it as discontinued. Can anyone confirm this?

Image:Palm logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. The description for the "Palm Computing Logo" image is incorrect. My Palm Vx from late 2001 uses the same logo on the rear, and on the Graffiti cheat sheet. - MSTCrow 16:52, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
