Pallidochromis tokolosh is a species of fish in the Cichlidae family. It is endemic to the deep water of Lake Malawi. It was first recognized as a species likely to belong to a new genus of cichlid in 1991 by Mark Smith, and was formally described by Turner in 1994, who created a new genus name for this cichlid.
