Palace Armoury

The Palace Armoury is found in the Grandmaster's Palace in Valletta, Malta. This museum provides a very interesting collection of full suits of armour, arms, and guns dating back the 15th century.

A number of important suits of armour have survived in the Armoury. The most notable one are those of grandmasters Fra Martin Garzes and Fra Alof de Wignacourt.

A small number of bronze cannons have survived in this museum. This cannons are highly decorated.

The museum is managed by Heritage Malta and it is open daily from 9.00 to 17.00.
