fair use rationale text: This image, PAF Strike force in 1971.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (rueben_lys) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the part of the components of the PAF's first strikes, codenamed Operation Chengiz Khan on Indian airfields in the North Western Sector, during the 1971 war. The image, is not from a commercial source and is not a cause of loss of revenue. Though the images are not in public domain the Indian Information Act states that they can be used to dissipate information. Therefore this image is in fair use.
