Pad krapow means fried Krapow, Krapow(กะเพรา) being the Thai word for Holy basil Ocimum sanctum. It is normally made using either Chicken, Pad Krapow Gai(ผัดกะเพราไก่), Beef, Pad Krapow Neua(ผัดกะเพราเนื้อ) or Pork, Pad Krapow Muu(ผัดกะเพราหมู).
The main ingredients combine chillies, oyster sauce, black soya sauce, fish sauce (naam plaa น้ำปลา) and of course the Krapow with the meat to make a spicy and tasty dish.
