Packeting is when someone on a network is either using BitTorrent or other downloading software and either slowing down or stopping the internet. CLyons are known for packeting networks. Network Packeting is rude to all users in the network.
Packeting occurs from bit-torrents when you are connected to so many other users that your gateway can not handle all the sessions. Limiting your connections will cure packeting.
