Pacific Telemanagement Services

Jaroth, Inc. d/b/a Pacific Telemanagement Services is a nationwide operator of payphones in the United States based in San Leandro, California.^[1] It was founded in 1984 and usually takes over the pay telephone operations that telephones companies such as BellSouth have abandoned. AT&T payphones that have been removed at Wal-Mart locations have been replaced with phones from PTS. Many colleges have also done the same ^[2].
