The Pacific Coast Soccer League (PCSL) is a soccer league for men and women operating primarily in the Pacific Northwest states of the United States of America, and in western Canada.

Although the league is officially affiliated to the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA), and qualifies for the US Open Cup through USASA channels, the league is generally considered to be at the fourth tier of competition in the American Soccer Pyramid, behind Major League Soccer, the USL First Division and the USL Second Division, and roughly equal with the USL Premier Development League and the National Premier Soccer League.

The original Pacific Coast Soccer League was formed in 1930 and overseen by Canadian soccer pioneer Bill Findler. The original four teams were Vancouver St. Andrews, Vancouver St. Saviours]], New Westminster Royals, and a fourth team from Nanaimo. The original PCSL merged with the Mainland Senior Soccer League and the Intercity Junior League in 1973 to form the British Columbia Senior Soccer League, which later became the Vancouver Metro Soccer League.

The current PCSL was reconstituted thereafter as a separate entity in 1995, and has just completed its 12th year of competition.
