P T Poojary

Mr P T Poojary is the former Vice President and CTO (now retired) of Thai Baroda Industries and was one of the core member in the building and commissioning of this tyre cord plant in Rayong, Thailand. The plant is now very profitable and an example of Indian engineering success in Thailand.

Mr Poojary was also recently a recipient of the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award, presented to him for his contributions in the field of Engineering and Technology by Union Minister Saifuddin Soz in a ceremony in New Delhi.
