Veggie Van Gogh is warehouse, transportation, and lodging for Carol Wagner and Jan Steinman, two gypsy artisans who criss-cross North America, peddling their wares at arts and crafts festivals. Veggie Van Gogh is powered by waste vegetable oil that they scavenge from behind Chinese restaurants along the way.
