P. Shiv Shankar

P. Shiv Shankar(Sur name:Punjala) is an Indian politician. He served as the Minister for External Affairs,law,petroleum of India.He was a very influential Central minister in Indira Gandhi's and rajiv gandhi cabinet and is one of the most senior politicians of India. He also served as the governor of Sikkim and Kerala.
