[edit] Galeretta vs P'tcha

I have been told by a caterer that galah is the tendon of beef or veal, and galeretta is a recipe similar to p'tcha that is made from galah. Anybody know for sure? User:Shalom S. 19:24, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
