Description

A Consolidated P2Y-3 (43-P-1) of patrol squadron VP-43 at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida (USA) in 1941, parked at the station's seaplane landing area. This aircraft was first used as a training aircraft from January through July 1941. The aircraft was no longer used after PBY aircraft began showing up at the station.
