Are there any independent mentions of this software in industry magazines or mainstream press? Any sources support assertions in the article that could be considered to good verification for the purposes of an encyclopedia? I tried a google search, but couldn't find any independent mentions that might establish notablity or provide verification of claims. However I know the project is based in France so perhaps a French speaker could take a look for sources in French. Thanks -- Siobhan Hansa

I added some references on Oxus. But Oxus is still young. All its activities was previously directly managed by ACTED. So all Microfinance activities where associated to ACTED. Egroise 12:05, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
