Owiesno (German: Habendorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dzierżoniów, within Dzierżoniów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 12 km (7 mi) south-east of Dzierżoniów, and 57 km (35 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 580.
