• That means nothing. He like Lio Convoy was given an American name and that takes precedence over Japanese or European names. If you don't support this then go support renaming Leo Prime back to Lio Convoy. --The Virginian 15:05, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

• Actually it means everything, given that he was released in an English-speaking country under that name. I don't give a toss what you call Leo Prime/Lio Convoy; these two things are entirely seperate. As noted below, this nomination feels very much like you're trying to make a POINT. • Oppose - I'd oppose having one article on this one simply because Overlord and Gigatron are different characters. Same mold and deco, but different characters. Leo Prime and Lio Convoy seem to be the same character. If he did get moved it would be to Gigatron (Transformers) not Gigatron (Masterforce) Mathewignash 21:34, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
  • Support but willing to discuss. Considering that he was initially released in an English speaking country under his original name, it gets sticky for me, when I so obviously prefer the English names. To further explain my point, I do not think that Ginrai needs to be moved to Optimus Prime. Especially considering that later on they released the figure again with the Powermaster named Ginrai instead of Hi-Q. There are definitely exceptions that need to be made.--TriPredRavage 21:43, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Thing is that Overlord and Gigatron have completely different bios. They are as different as Optimus and Ginrai. I say make a second page for Gigatron, and have them link. Mathewignash 23:24, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Actually, according to the page we have set up already, it does seem like the Gigatron character is more similar to the Japanese figure than the European release. To be honest, I really don't know with this one. What about Bluestreak/Silverstreak? We went with the name that came later, right?--TriPredRavage 23:55, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
