Ove Kvangarsnes is a Norwegian musician and violinist. Son of Kåre Kvangarsnes and Judith Kvangarsnes. Made "Emblem Kristelige Ungdomskor" (which later evolved into the gospel-choir Respons) in 1973 together with Lars Andreas Akslen and Birgitte Ulstein.
