I have removed the following section from the article:
[edit] The Outwood Village Show
The Outwood Village Show has been going so long it is almost an institution! The Show Committee work hard for six months before the show to make it work on the day, not to mention the hard physical work putting it together and packing it up after. The Show is always run in conjunction with the Horticultural Society.
One of the main aims of the Show has always been to raise money for local charities.
It would be perfectly acceptable to mention the Show in the article - but this text does not actually describe the Show at all. I was unable to find enough information online to rewrite the section myself, thus I have removed it. Maralia 19:58, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
