This is a screenshot of the Open University Malaysia website, specifically the page listing the entry requirements for a Corporate Secretary Certificate course. It was sourced from the blog of Lim Kit Siang, the official Leader of the Opposition in Parliament as of 2006. (Specific image link.) It is believed the use of this image is fair use in articles discussing the affirmative action policies accorded to the Bumiputra in Malaysia and article(s) discussing the admission policy of Open University Malaysia. This image is unique, and cannot be obtained under a free licence without Open University Malaysia freely licensing its website. It was originally obtained from this webpage, which has since been purged of references to the affirmative action policy.
