Ouargla (Arabic: ورقلة ) is a province in southern Algeria. Its capital is Ouargla. Other localities include Temacine, Touggourt, and Hassi Messaoud.

In the past Ouargla was the center of trading of gold and slaves,[citation needed] as well as being an important center of the Kharijite sect Ibadi. However, the Ibadis are these days gone to the M'zab valley.

The province is made up of 10 districts and 21 municipalities. The districts are (in no particular order):
- Touggourt
- Témacine
- Mégarine
- El Hadjira
- Taïbet
- Sidi Khouiled
- District-municipalities: Ouargla, Hassi Messaoud, El Borma, N'Goussa
