Otto Schlefenberg (Hebrew: אוטו שלפנברג) is a former Israeli footballer and manager. He is best known for his years at Maccabi Haifa where he started his managerial career. Otto created the youth side Maccabi "Shlomo" Haifa which provided the senior side with some of its most famous players such as Jonny Hardy and Avraham Menchel.
