[edit] Questionable copyright status

The text as it is may be a copyvio, but it's not entirely clear. The source site's copyright notice (retrieved February 8, 2005) states:

"The digital reproductions of historical items and original artwork included in the City of Savannah web site have been made available for use in research, teaching (including distribution to classes), and private study. For these purposes you may reproduce (print, make photocopies, or download) materials from this web site without prior permission, on the condition that you provide proper attribution of the source in all copies. The materials and pages included in the City of Savannah web site may be linked to freely from other Web pages and Internet resources."

It doesn't seem like this use fits, but I'm not the lawyer. slambo 19:13, Feb 8, 2005 (UTC)
