Osetnica is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Chojnów, within Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 34 kilometres (21 mi) north of Chojnów, 41 kilometres (25 mi) north of Legnica, and 88 kilometres (55 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
