I am a grad student who learns math by discussing and teaching. Here's a link to my personal page if you're interested. Please feel free to discuss whatever brought you here, especially if I've stepped on your toes.

- Wishlist: customizable random article button (e.g., keep results within certain subject areas or article classes).
I obsess about 4-manifolds. Specifically, I am a 5th year grad student trying to think of a theorem to prove about smooth symplectic or Stein 4-manifolds, or even cobordisms of such manifolds. For instance, I would love to understand more about 4-dimensional fillings of contact manifolds. Is there a filling condition equivalent to tightness? What's the smallest spin symplectic simply connected 4-manifold with positive signature?
