Ornithosuchidae is an extinct family of quadrupedal and facultatively bipedal crurotarsan archosaurs. These carnivores were geographically widespread during the Late Triassic. Three genera, Ornithosuchus, Venaticosuchus and Riojasuchus are presently known.
