Why don't we keep the French city with the accent, thus using it as a disambiguation tool? - User:Olivier
Should we link Joan of Arc to this page, since she was the famous "Maid of Orleans"? -- April
Done. Anyone interested in expanding this stub on an important town need look no farther for inspiration than "What links here>" --Wetman 21:22, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
[edit] translated text
Much of the text in this article appears to have been translated by a non-native English speaker: the sentence construction is unusual (e.g. 'The schools of Orléans early acquired great prestige' and 'Among those who studied or lectured there are quoted' are two glaring examples). Perhaps there is a French scholar who would be willing to improve this?
[edit] Pronunciation?
Could someone add the correct French pronunciation to the beginning of the article? Thanks. Sima Yi (talk) 14:23, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
