Orlando Vega Smith (born 1968) is a professional basketball player from Puerto Rico. He played in the 1994 World Basketball Championship in Canada and may best remembered for fiercely competing in a Puerto Rico vs. USA contest, most notably arguing with USA players Derrick Coleman, Shawn Kemp, and Larry Johnson.

Vega has played in the National Superior Basketball League of Puerto Rico (BSN) with Quebradillas Pirates, Caguas Creoles, Ponce Lions, Isabela Fighting Cocks, and Arecibo Captains. Vega has also played in the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) and in Spain. Vega has also been a member of the Puerto Rican National Basketball Team, with whom he won the bronze medal at the 1999 Pan American Games.
