Orlam Hottentots

Orlam Hottentots were people of the Khoikhoi group led into Namaqualand by Jager Afrikaner and others. Unlike the Nama people, who had lived in Namaqualand for centuries, the Orlams had lived further south, in what is now South Africa, and moved back into the Transgariep in the early 19th century.
