Orkney is a council area of Scotland, therefore this stub cat belongs in Category:Scotland stubs, which is itself a subcat of Category:United Kingdom stubs. Categorisation is a hierarchy. --Mais oui! 05:28, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

• Don't delete comments please. The process has settled on linking things to Scotland cats etc. There are times when this may not be appropiate- but this does not appear to be one of them. I would just accept this and move on Mallimak. Astrotrain 22:33, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
