According to the RIGHT TO INFORMATION of the Constitution of India, I can freely use any information supplied by the Indian government in any form (the only exception being Jammu/Kashmir which does not apply here).

In short, it is exactly as if the image were available in public domain.

Furthermore, this is a painting by Basohli who lived 250 years ago circa 1730 AD.
