[edit] English name

I checked out the National Scout Organisations, and the name of this organization in English is Organization of Bulgarian Scouts. I think we should change it to that name. --evrik 22:23, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] addition of unproven text

I have once again removed the addition by an anonymous user "A newly founded [[[Union of European rovers in Bulgaria]][1]] (former scout leaders) became associate member of UIGSE two years ago." from the copy, as UIGSE does not list them on their website.
