- 14 July 1951 - South Fremantle (Thomas Fox (ALP) died 20/4/51, Phillip Richard Lawrence (ALP) elected 4631/7531)
- 12 March 1960 - South Fremantle (Phillip Richard Lawrence (ALP) died 25/1/60, Henry Curran (ALP) elected 5266/10033 against William John Hughes - Ind Lab 4767) Rockingham/Kwinana strongly favoured the latter.
- 26 August 1961 - Victoria Park (Hugh David Andrew (ALP) died 1/7/61 (memb since 1950), Ronald Davies (ALP) elected 5003/8680 against David Gerald Hooper (LCL) 2788, Bernard George Harrison (DLP) 889)
- 23 June 1962 - Murray (Hon Sir Duncan Ross McLarty (LCL) resigned. Frederick Herbert Crockenberg ALP 1638; John Marshall Harries CP 734; Ewart Runciman LCL 1908; Dudley Charles Tuckey Ind Lib 501 (tot 4781). Tuckey split half to ALP/LCL, CP went entirely to LCL bar 8 votes. End result - 2889 Ewart Runciman elected, 1892 Crockenberg.)
