"Ordet är farväl" (The word is goodbye) is the lead, promo-for-radio-only, single outtaken from the album 'Tid för tystnad - Marie Fredrikssons ballader', a collection of ballads by Marie Fredriksson.

• A longer version (4.33) of the song was previously available for preview at Mary Jane's website. It features a longer instrumental coda and a cold ending.

• The album version fades out earlier, the instrumental part being almost totally scrapped.
