Template talk:Oral hypoglycemics and insulin analogs
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I added the USAN to the template -- precedent for this is Template:Opioids, where Meperidine (USAN) follows Pethidine (INN). Nephron T|C 21:08, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Is there some reason why Boring Old Insulin isn't listed?
The WHO Collaborating Centre for Drug Statistics Methodology site says code A10 is for "DRUGS USED IN DIABETES", which includes not only oral hypoglycemics and insulin analogs, but also includes Boring Old Insulin; should the template be called "Drugs used in diabetes", and have an entry for Insulin? - Sounds reasonable to me. --Arcadian 00:19, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
