Oralin

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Premeal oral insulin currently under investigation. The medicine is administered as an oral spray. It is currently evaluated in comparison with oral hypoglycemic agents, mostly in patients with type 2 DM. The clinical data appears promising, but further evaluation of its efficacy in type 1 DM is needed. [1]
