Optics Classification and Indexing Scheme

Optics Classification and Indexing Scheme (OCIS) is way to encode the topic of an article or presentation in 7-digit code, used in the Optical Society of America; both, in organization of conferences and the journal publicaitons. Authors are required to choose one or several OCIS numbers at the submission.
