Hi. I merged your "Foreign profanity" article back to Profanity. I saw in your first comment that you created the article as a spin-off, because the mother article was getting too long. - To view this deleted article, theoretically any sysop (admin) can do this for you. The guidelines actually cover what you want to do, so any one of them should be able to make the page available for trans-wikifictaion to wiktionary.
