[edit] Yasuní National Park
Hey, thanks for your making this merge come together. It might not have happened without you. Oh, and that is collaboration around here. Thank you. :-) --hydnjo talk 02:47, 13 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Fixing AKC links
Hey, thanks for fixing those AKC links. They rearranged their site a few months back and I started my long, weary way through all the dog breed articles, fixing many of them, but I think I got sidetracked somewhere before the end of the alphabet. [edit] Winogradsky
Thanks for pointing out those two Vinogradskii/Winogradsky articles; I've merged them. May the Wiki be with you--ragesoss 05:14, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Dead external links
I'd love to re-generate the external link list, but I can't do that until Wikipedia does another database dump. They haven't done a database dump since December 14th. Don't ask me why. -- Marumari 15:11, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Dead links
Hello,
Thanks for your attention to external links. However, please do *not* remove links which are cited as sources, such as in population figures. Thanks! -- Visviva 03:43, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your welcome!
You are quite welcome! I've setup a vandalism monitoring channel on freenode for WikiSpecies (#vandalism-en-species), I'll have it open so I can see when the bot is triggered, in case the vandal returns. In the meantime, I've told Danny I'm all set with sysop, and he has removed my rights per my request. If there is ever anything I can do to help out Wikispecies, let me know! --lightdarkness (talk) 02:29, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
|
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 14:28, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Botanical authors
Thanks for adding botanical author template to Alice Lounsberry. Also needed is the same for Chauncey Beadle and Albert E. Radford, whom I have just added. I would do it, but I don't know the rules or where to find any authoritative list. The abbreviation I have seen for them are Beadle and Radf., I believe. Now should I add these three to List of botanists by author abbreviation? I did add all three to List of botanists.--Cotinis 14:25, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Broken redirect
Hello. You recently created the article Asa di Vaar, which consists in its entirety of the text "#REDIRECT [[Asa di Vaar]]". (You'd be surprised how often this happens!) I've been unable to identify which article you intended to redirect to. Can you please correct the link? --Russ Blau (talk) 18:20, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
