Scouting Wiki Project Operation On-Target is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. The excerpt was such a small percentage of the original page that it probably falls under fair use, however, to avoid controversy, I have re-written the article from scratch on the temp page. It is still a stub, unfortunately, but I am looking for someone that knows more about this to fix it up. NThurston 01:53, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
