it is a shame to put this type of "article" in a serious encyclopedia. This is a kind of "microsoft is bullshit, linux is great" article. Moreover, this is not a proper problem of Windows Vista, but a problem in win32 API when you give some weird parameters to a function. The function returns an error, but the getLastError returns SUCCESS. My point is: Wikipedia is not a Microsoft KB (and, above all, an incorrect one).
