Operational confound
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In design of experiments, a subdiscipline of statistics, an operational confound is a type of confound that can occur in both experimental and nonexperimental research designs. This type of confound occurs when a measure designed to assess a particular construct inadvertently measures something else as well.[1]
