Though the picture is copyrighted, I User:Sue Wallace feel it is covered by fair use in the following:

1. Used in article On the Buses in infobox.
2. No free or public domain images have been located for this film (the film was released in 1971).
3. The image is of low resolution and could not be used for piracy.
4. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights (believed to be ITV to distribute the image in any way.
5. Infobox Use. In an article about the film On the Buses, the promotional artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. This is the artwork intended for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available would be.
6. Its inclusion in the article is important because it suggests something of the film's style.
7. This image is already widely distributed to identify the film as part of DVD catalogs and film reviews so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The poster is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original film in any way.
