I don't think this is the best name for this category...shouldn't it at least be "online social networking"? Simple "social networking" doesn't at all limit it to what its content actually is. Postdlf 23:52, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)

As far as I can tell, there isn't any difference between "social networking" (sn) and "virtual communities" (vc). Does anyone have rambot experience that could change everything categorized as sn and convert it to vc? --J. J. 18:43, 2005 August 30 (UTC)
