How can you call that spam, can you justify spam, its not a democratic vote if i cant have a say, i do everything for users, the sites are not selling anything, do they help people yes! can you contribute to the sites yes, you let time.com and msn.com to publish on your site, what is the problem have you read the info on the sites mentioned, do they try to sell? The answer is no, they are not commercial and should be left online,
