Talk:One Liberty Plaza

The edges of the building don't look straight. Is it just an illusion or does anyone agree with me? CoolGuy 06:01, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
- That's a documented optical illusion, which caused all sorts of fuss after 9/11. http://www.nypost.com/seven/04242007/business/patriotic_foundation_business_steve_cuozzo.htm http://www.newsday.com/news/columnists/ny-nyview182370688sep18,0,1472947.column --Vonfraginoff 13:04, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Was the Building Damaged?
Is it true that "the building was so damaged that engineers feared its collapse"? My understanding is that the media mistook One Liberty Plaza for the Deutche Bank (f/k/a the Banker's Trust) building across the street. Engineers checked One Liberty Plaza and found it to be sound that is why they continued to use it as a temporary morgue and LMDC command center. --Stellany 20:05, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
