I (--Patman2648) believe use of this image falls under fair use rationale because:

It is only used for nonprofit educational and/or informational purposes.
The image's inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article, as it is used to illustrate the band at the time period covered by the article.
It is a historically significant image of a major American/English band.
The image is of significantly lower resolution so as not to allow any high-quality copies
The image is important to the article because it illustrates the key members in the band.
