Once Nothing is a Christian self-proclaimed "Blue Collar Metal" band from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is currently signed to Solid State Records.[1] They mix southern metal with metalcore and often use breakdowns and melodic riffs. The band is made up of Todd Lowry - Vocals, Josh Branas - Guitar, Geoff Jenkins - Guitar/Vocals, Steve Lucarelli - Bass, and Giuseppe "Joey" Capolupo - Drums.
The band was formed in 2000.[2] In 2006, while they were still unsigned, they released "Voice of the Paragon".
In 2007, they released Earthmover, a six song EP on CI Records[3].
In 2008, they released First Came the Law, containing ten new songs and two of the older songs. It was their first album with Solid State Records
