OMNOVA Solutions Inc. was founded in 1999 when GenCorp spun off its Decorative & Building Products and Performance Chemicals businesses into a separate, publicly-traded company.[1] OMNOVA is based in Fairlawn, Ohio, and has locations in six other countries as well.[2]

OMNOVA offers wallcoverings under various brands, and also through a private-label program. Brands include Avant, Bolta, Essex, Genon, Scion and Tower.

Pool Liner Films do what they say, line pools. OMNOVA's brand name is Centurion™.

OMNOVA's Performance Films are used in the production of movie theatre screens, awnings, tents, banners, window shades, projector screens, gym mats, pool covers, shower curtains, etc...[4]
