This page seems biased in favor of OMB Watch, almost reading like an advertisement. For example, it has none of the complaints about it described in Federal_Funding_Accountability_and_Transparency_Act_of_2006#Implementation. MichaelWGeek (talk) 16:46, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
